Qualifications:
- Active RN License: Hold a current and valid State of MN Registered Nurse license.
- Compassionate Nature: Demonstrate genuine empathy and compassion for residents patients and their families.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
