Overview
Ira Subaruis part of the fast growingGroup 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualifiedBusiness Development CenterAgent to our Service team.

Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound service calls
- Contact present customers (phone email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Develop pipeline of service opportunityleads through networking cold calling and referrals
- Work with service and sales department to increase service traffic
- Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Toyota manufacturerecalls
- Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments
- Outstanding Customer Service
Qualifications:
- Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Maintaining a positive cando attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
