This position is contingent upon contract award
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection analysis and reporting
Collect customer requirements
Determine technical issues
Design algorithms and data manipulation capabilities using R Python C JavaScript Go and other known programming languages
Build data solutions tools and capabilities to enable selfservice frameworks for data consumers to monitor and report on data
Improve the quality of data use and usability by driving an understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management including metadata lineage and business definitions
Work collaboratively with Intelligence and Data analysis teams to produce qualitative and quantitative data that support Intelligence products

Qualifications Required:
Active TS/SCI with current polygraph
5 years of IC experience
Have at least 10 years serving as a Data/Cloud Systems Engineer
Bachelors degree in engineering or related quantitative science field
Experience using AWS tools (S3 Lambda EC2 Cloudwatch etc)
Experience using Microsoft Azure
Demonstrated expertise and experience in developing intelligent algorithms capable of learning analyzing and predicting future events turning those algorithms into AI models and systems and then testing and maintaining them
Ability to prepare and use large data sets for analysis as part of creating/developing robust data processing systems
Generate data exploitation algorithms that can learn assess analyze and organize data for testing while optimizing the Machine Learning (ML) to develop high performance ML models
Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in engineering or related quantitative science field
Experience leading teams resulting in successful verification and test strategies/solutions for complex programs
Experience with cloud development processes
Experience with industry system engineering practices
Strong people skills to influence collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership
