Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Partner with the Data and Analytics leadership team to identify product opportunities target markets and create business cases for targeted product investments
- Lead the strategy product definition roadmap execution and overall success of Data and Analytics-focused apps across different functional domains.
- Build collaborative relationships with leaders internally - Engineering Design Research QE and others to drive world-class planning and execution of our product vision
- Lead inspire and mentor a team of product managers
- Build trusted partner relationships with customers to create strong advocates and design partners for Data and Analytics.
- Evangelize the business value to customers and to ServiceNow of the products that you own both internally within ServiceNow and externally to customers and partners
- Communicate effectively with a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
- Assume leadership responsibilities as anaccountable owner who is committedto the outcome regardless of the role ororganizationalboundaries
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 12 years of softwareproductmanagement experience with most of that experience in building Data and Analytics products
- Experience in a product leadership role in mid to large size product businesses
- Experience in constructing a business case for product investments pitching the case to internal executives and stakeholders to get buy in
- Strong and in-depth understanding of high value business and product opportunities across multiple industries and functional domains and the value of data and analytic apps for those industries and domains
- Experience in conceiving and launching new products and driving product-market fit and revenue growth for early stage products
- Strong technical understanding of common data and analytics constructs such as semantic models metrics and KPIs and action frameworks
- Navigate manage and align a matrixed organization that involves internal and external data needs
- Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on highimpactactivities
- Experience defining andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customerneeds and a track record inbuilding customer relationshipsand delivering customer-centric solutions
- Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels
- Prior knowledge of ServiceNow platform or apps in a plus

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $250200 - $437900 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
