Job Description
Job Title: TL Telesales
Location: Kochi Kerala India
Industry: Telecommunications
Experience: 4 Years (Team Leader experience in Call Center/BPO is a must)
Salary: per month
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and motivate the telesales team to meet daily and monthly sales goals
- Provide handson coaching performance reviews and training support
- Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to company sales strategies
- Assist in resolving complex customer issues and objections
- Conduct regular team huddles communicate updates and share best practices
- Analyze sales performance identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper followup on leads
- Work closely with management and crossfunctional teams to align business goals
- Ensure a highperforming and positive team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a telesales leadership role
- Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams
- Strong communication in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
- Solid understanding of telecom product sales
- Excellent coaching problemsolving and people management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency
- Targetdriven with strong time management and organizational skills
- High integrity and professionalism
