Job Description
As a BMW Technician at Taylor BMW you will be at the forefront of automotive innovation responsible for performing diagnoses repairs and maintenance on both customer and dealership vehicles. Youll work with cuttingedge diagnostic technologies and be part of a highly skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and carry out repair orders as dispatched.
- Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot to accurately determine repair needs.
- Provide labor time and parts estimates for required repairs.
- Execute highquality efficient repairs on various automotive systems including engines steering suspension brakes and air conditioning following BMW Center and Factory standards.
- Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for repair services.
- Maintain a clean organized workspace and ensure accountability for both dealership and personal tools.
- Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department employees to ensure seamless workflow.
- Participate in continuous BMW proprietary training to enhance skills and stay updated on BMWs industryleading technologies and processes.
- Demonstrate behaviors that align with our company values in all interactions.

Qualifications :
- About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess great mechanical electrical and computing skills.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Own a valid drivers license.
- At least 5 years previous of hands on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivelant.
- Previous European automotive technician experience a plus
- ASE certifications a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass preemployment testing to include background check MVR check and maintenance of a valid drivers license.
