Job Description
- Validate company type (MSP or enduser) based on provided criteria
- Research and verify contact information using open sources
- Add and update verified data in HubSpot
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of data entry in CRM
- Apply appropriate tags comments and checkboxes in HubSpot according to guidelines
- Continuously update and refine the lead database as new contacts appear
Qualifications :
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or MS Dynamics)
- Strong research and data validation skills
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Basic understanding of the IT industry and MSP operations
- Familiarity with Jira and willingness to grow in this area
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- UpperIntermediate level of English
