Job Description: Sales Director Facility & Asset Management
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to oversee sales activities in the Facility and Asset Management segment of our company based in Hanoi Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new projects and clients developing strategies for managing existing clients and leading the sales team to maximize organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
- Develop and execute sales strategy for facilities and property management services.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities adjust strategies accordingly and propose and execute new projects.
- Client Management and Acquisition
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients and partners
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification
- Analyze market trends and business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis to enhance market positioning.
- Team management and performance evaluation
- Build manage and lead sales and new business development teams.
- Train and evaluate team members performance.
- Set KPIs and manage team performance.
- Brand Enhancement
- Develop strategies to enhance the companys brand value and market presence.
- Implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Network Expansion
- Expand local and global networks to create business opportunities.
- Strengthen partnerships with key partners.
Strategic Objectives
- Market Expansion and Market Share Increase
- Expand the market share of facility and asset management services in Hanoi/Vietnam
- Enhance brand recognition by expanding into new regions and markets.
- Client Relationship Strengthening and Customer Satisfaction Improvement
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and maintain a customer satisfaction rate of over 90.
- Foster longterm partnerships through customercentric service delivery.
Revenue Growth and Efficiency Improvement
- Increase annual revenue and reduce operating costs (based on agreed upon targets)
- Achieve cost savings through efficient resource allocation and process optimization.
- Strengthen brand value and market position
- Increase brand awareness through marketing and public relations activities.
- By increasing brand value we also increase the value of the assets we own.
Education
Bachelors degree or higher (preferred majors: Facility Management Architecture Mechanical Engineering or related fields)
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in facility management asset management or real estate industries.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Experience working in companies with a charter capital of over 1000 billion VND.
- Experience in largescale project sales or key account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of Facility Management (FM) and Asset Management (AM) industries.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales management systems preferred.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
