As a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Regulatory Reporting Technology team which is aligned to Corporate Technology division you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance build and deliver trusted marketleading technology products in a secure stable and scalable way. Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions and apply deep technical expertise and problemsolving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications. You will be at the forefront of driving engineering excellence and innovation. Your role will involve overseeing the development and deployment of applications that cater to the regulatory reporting needs of Finance users across APAC locations. You will be responsible for the comprehensive definition and delivery of complex regulatory reporting changes leveraging a cuttingedge tech stack that includes AWS Databricks PySpark and vendorbased products.
Job responsibilities
- Manage Regulatory Reporting Suite Oversee the application suite that encompasses data sourcing calculations and lastmile reporting capabilities tailored for local jurisdictions. This includes managing key vendor applications from global providers such as OFSAA Axiom Resoft and other regulatory products.
- Collaborate Globally Work closely with global counterparts to ensure alignment with global architecture standards while implementing solutions that meet local requirements.
- Lead Team Lead a highly motivated team of technologists fostering an environment of high standards in design analytics development coding testing and vendor software integration. Your leadership will inspire the team to meet and exceed both business and functional requirements.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5 years of applied experience.
- Deep understanding and passion for Agile processes and automated tools including requirements/issue management defect tracking source control build automation test automation and release management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM LEAN and Kanban.
- Proficiency in technology stack like Apache Kafka Python/PySpark PLSQL Jules Github etc.
- Handson experience in setting up CI/CD for both inhouse developed code and vendor packages.
- Experience in integrating onpremises applications with public cloud applications or onboarding applications to the public cloud.
- AWS Google or Azure certification is preferred.
