We re looking for a highly organised professional to join our inhouse legal team in a critical support role. As Legal Operations & Data Room Support you ll help manage legal workflows coordinate documentheavy projects and support key administrative functions across the team. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
Key Performance Outputs
- Set up manage and maintain virtual data rooms historical and current projects.
- Organise and control access to legal documentation with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide paralegal support.
- Conduct legal research and assist with preparing internal legal summaries reports and guidance notes.
- Lead and coordinate legal projects ensuring timelines stakeholders and deliverables stay on track.
- Develop project plans trackers and tools to drive visibility accountability and efficiency.
- Support the development and improvement of legal workflows and internal processes.
- Manage document and digital filing systems.
- Support company secretarial tasks including maintaining statutory records and assisting with filings.
- Act as a liaison between Legal and internal teams (e.g. HR Commercial Finance) on legalrelated needs.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the legal team as needed.
Requirements
Functional / Technical
- Proficient in the use of Virtual Data Room platforms.
- Strong command of legal documentation processes and records management.
- Familiarity with legal project planning tools trackers and document management systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Comfortable navigating legal tech and internal workflow platforms.
- Solid understanding of legal terminology contract structures and compliance documentation.
Qualifications / Experience
- Legal qualification required (LLB or equivalent).
- Admission as a lawyer is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a legal operations legal project support or paralegal role.
- Prior experience supporting a highvolume fastpaced legal or corporate function.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
