Education: BE Mechanical
Experience: Min 8 years in Business Development / Sales/ Marketing in Automobile / Auto component/ heavy machinery industries.
Salary: up to 11.00 LPA
Job Location: Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate Already serving notice period 30 days
The profile is required only from Andhra Pradesh / Bangalore or south side candidates
Job description
- Plan develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
- Plan for companys financial success
- Work with sales and marketing teams
- Do a regular market research
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
- Negotiate deals
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals competitors vendors and other personnel
- Manage and train the business development team
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Having an indepth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Good knowledge of government tendering
