Position Summary:

The Senior Director of Key Accounts will grow and develop trust relationships and sales with key customers. Provide leadership to Directors of Key Accounts that supports their growth and development. Responsible for achieving maximum profitable sales within existing and new customers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business and strategic growth planning for established key accounts and new channelopportunities.
  • Lead coach and mentor Directors of Key Accounts and drive TEAm alignment with company strategyvision and priorities.
  • Review and analyze account sales and market reports weekly to uncover specific opportunities anddevelop action plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and ensure Sales Plan achievement.
  • Forecast expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and customers.
  • Analyze sales volume product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand
  • trends economic indicators and competitors.
  • Provide support and closely collaborate with Milos Retail Sales Team by identifying opportunities andobjectives to achieve customer success.
  • Develop strategies and sales pitches by brokering relationships to ensure retail and categorysuccess.
  • Ensure buyer engagement by routinely performing sales presentations store walkthroughs and
  • communicate sales opportunities to management.
  • Upholds and participates in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling social
  • advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory

This position has supervisory responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in businessrelated field (MBA preferred) and ten 10 years of related experience required.
  • Consumer packaged goods industry experience required with food or beverage preferred.
  • Significant Milos or industry sales experience and/or should consistently exceed performance levels and demonstrate initiative to develop markets independently and successfully.
