Waiters

Our client a popular and fastpaced restaurant located in the heart of St. Julians is seeking enthusiastic and customerfocused Waiters/Waitresses to join their frontofhouse team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly table service ensuring each guest feels welcomed and wellcaredfor.

• Greet customers present menus and offer knowledgeable recommendations on dishes drinks and specials.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.

• Serve dishes and drinks promptly following proper service etiquette and presentation standards.

• Anticipate guest needs respond to requests efficiently and handle any concerns with care and professionalism.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables dining areas and service stations throughout service.

• Assist in training and mentoring new team members and junior waitstaff.

• Process payments issue receipts and handle transactions accurately.

• Work closely with kitchen and frontofhouse staff to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.

• Stay up to date with menu items ingredients and allergens to assist guests in making informed choices.

• Follow all health safety and hygiene regulations consistently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A friendly energetic and teamoriented attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
