As a Sales Analyst trainee supporting Alcons Surgical Sales Team you will be trusted to analyze sales performance data and manage agent commission processes to ensure accurate reporting and strategic insights.
In this role a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with sales agents and crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate commission calculations invoice approvals and payment processing.
- Extracting verifying and analyzing sales data from data warehouses to track performance by product type and account.
- Providing monthly sales reports and adhoc analyses to support commercial decisionmaking and sales strategy.
- Monitoring and tracking agent commissions ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinating with finance credit and accounting teams to address data inconsistencies payment issues and system improvements.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data extraction reporting and performance tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) will be a plus.
- Attention to detail problemsolving mindset Italian native.
