Job Description
QA Test Analyst Salesforce
Hybrid contract opportunity in the insurance sector supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Perfect for earlycareer professionals with QA experience using Jira Confluence and Salesforce. Contribute to quality assurance in a dynamic collaborative environment with exposure to enterpriselevel Salesforce solutions.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $3037 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $3845 per hour.
8month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to understand new releases.
Develop and execute test plans scenarios scripts and procedures.
Use Jira Confluence and Salesforce to document and track test results.
Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
Analyze software behavior and report defects.
Monitor and follow up on defect resolutions.
Plan test schedules in line with project scope and deadlines.
Ensure highquality deliverables in a UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment.
What you will need to succeed:
Associate s degree in computer science computer engineering or a related technical field.
0 2 years of experience in software testing.
Experience using Jira Confluence and Salesforce.
Experience in writing clear and thorough test documentation including test plans scripts and results reports.
Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Emphasis on teamwork collaboration and strong communication skills.
Bilingual in English and French to support testing documentation and collaboration with stakeholders in both languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
