Overview
Engineering at LivePerson is an inspired customerobsessed organization dedicated to building solutions that redefine the Conversational AI industry. We work in small collaborative agile and missiondriven teams with a clear mission empowering quality continuous feedback testing monitoring and endtoend ownership.

- Frameworks: Spring Spring Boot
- Microservices eventdriven architecture
- GCP AWS and OnPremises infrastructure (Hybrid)
- Vault OAuth2.0 Provider and much more
You will:
- You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance automation for our most central and hightraffic UI group critical to our operations.
- Design and implement automation systems for various software applications enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention
- Develop and maintain advanced automation frameworks that support new or enhanced features across different software environments
- Create and manage detailed automation strategies and scripts using your knowledge of opensource tools
- Spearhead the automation of processes and tasks across multiple platforms and technologies to improve deployment cycles and product quality
- Work closely with development teams to integrate automation processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle
- Diagnose issues and refine automation systems to ensure robustness and scalability
- Develop expertise in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) systems and advocate for best practices in automation across the team
- Keep up to date with emerging automation tools strategies and best practices
You have:
- Minimum of five years of experience in QA automation engineering or related fields
- Proven expertise in designing developing and maintaining automation frameworks and systems (UI interfaces and APIbased applications).
- Strong programming skills
- Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools with a focus on automation best practices
- Experience in developing and executing automation scripts to enhance system performance and resilience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Some of the goodtohave qualifications
- A solid understanding of cloud infrastructure preferably GCP and AWS
- Familiarity with Dockers
- Indepth understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
