Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Associate Client Executive. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as the project manager for the account team on large initiatives or complex accounts implementing action plans monitoring progress and ensuring service meets or exceeds expectations while protecting the Firm from Errors & Omissions.
- Draft essential comprehensive project documents for clients including white papers quantitative financial analyses and presentations to support sales opportunities and account backing.
- Conduct research on various markets or industries to identify growth opportunities and trends for internal use.
- Address escalated issues and concerns promptly managing expectations and mitigating relationship risks while knowing when to escalate major issues to senior colleagues.
- Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations and represent the company at industry events and conferences to build a robust professional network.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in project management particularly in managing large initiatives or complex accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct and refine data analyses to support proposal creation and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to draft comprehensive project documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while maintaining high service standards.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and relationship management.
