Job Description
High School Math Teacher
The ASK Academy Attitudes Skills and Knowledge) a 6th12th grade charter school in Rio Rancho New Mexico is a STEM innovation school with a projectbased approach to teaching and learning and has been noted as among the top 3 of high schools in the nation by the U.S. News and World Report. The 650 scholars follow one of two career pathwaysBiomedical Sciences or Engineering and Design. The ASK Academy has entered its second decade and is searching for a High School Math Teacher.
Requirements include: NM teaching license with endorsement in Math experience in high school education and Math is preferred and familiarity with ASKs STEM focus and projectbased learning approach.
*Stipend is available for those endorsed in special education.
The position is available for the school year. This is a benefits eligible position. Staff members at The ASK Academy have preference in the schools student enrollment lottery. Letter of interest resumes and professional references required.
