The mandate of Digital Investing and Wealth Digital First teams is to elevate digital capabilities and drive operational efficiencies enhancing the customer and employee experience across Wealth. This team leverages thought leadership excellence traceability and people & culture amplification in all initiatives and business activities. We focus on a purposedriven approach in continuously using multimedia platforms; robust visual storytelling to share compelling business stories to drive a highperforming engaged culture.
The Senior Manager of Digital Communication and Engagement is responsible for defining and executing strategic digital communications and engagement plans and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to enable timely interactive storytelling. This will include accessing portals videos websites intranet sites blogs newsletters campaigns digital signage events and social media platforms. This requires the creation of engaging highimpact digital content and materials that align with corporate branding standards accessibility guidelines and production best practices. Proven ability to strategize design and manage multiple projects within timelines and with exceptional quality building strong partnerships at all levels of the organization.
- Responsible for the management and delivery of bestinclass digital content experience across BMO Wealth Digital assets to drive collaboration.
- Building out digital communication strategy for Digital Investing Wealth Digital First teams and across wealth in partnership with Wealth Corporate Comms.
- Create engaging and effective content bringing the voice of the brand across a variety of communications channels including intranet email digital signage podcasts Viva Engage and events to keep employees informed connected and engaged.
- Build and execute communications plans to drive awareness and understanding including analyzing audiences developing key messages and identifying the right channel frequency.
- Be the catalyst in applying innovative analytics in assessing strategic communication approaches tools digital channels and platforms aligned to types of storytelling and business updates. This includes authoring editing publishing and archiving.
- Ensure that designs integrate effectively with modern video conferencing and social business platforms such as Microsoft Teams Viva Engage and intranet sites.
- Stay informed on AV and digital technology trends hybrid collaboration tools and unified communications solutions that align with and meet business needs.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders/business leaders and work collaboratively with key internal partners to enhance the profile of the business and alignment on key initiatives.
- Support key processes to manage the Companys intranet and digital channels including editorial calendar planning content authoring editing publishing and archiving.
- Establish track and report on meaningful metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives to assist channels development and continuous improvement.
- Continuous research of digital practices including trends new technology and effective strategies to reach people online.
- Plan and facilitate Internal Engagement activities for employees that foster understanding and support the company.
- Develop implement and analyze internal employee surveys and other measurement tools to ensure that the Companys communications and engagement needs are effectively addressed.
What Were Looking For:
- Exceptional written communication editing and storytelling skills with a demonstrated track record of developing content tailored for executivelevel audiences.
- 710 years in an Internal Communications/Employee Engagement role AV IT or a related field.
- 710 years of event planning experience.
- Strong knowledge of video audio production filming editing and sound design.
- Strong working knowledge of corporate AV system components (QSC Crestron XPanel CoPilot including digital signage RMG Design Studio) audio equipment control systems and video conferencing solutions.
- Strong design skills using Adobe CC (including Premiere Pro Illustrator Photoshop).
- Expert experience with enterprise social business tools (Microsoft Teams Viva Engage SharePoint Microsoft 365 Copilot Workplace from Meta).
- Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to create compelling content bringing stories from across the organization to life. This includes sharing a variety of stories on multiple digital platforms.
- Bachelors degree in communications Journalism Public Relations or a related field.
- Experienced in establishing KPIs data analysis monitoring analytics and designing reports.
- Proven relationshipbuilding and influencing skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels to participate in initiatives.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to partner with a variety of stakeholders across the organization.
- Innovative mindset that enjoys change and driving improvements.

Salaried
The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performancebased incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
