Position Description:
Trinus Corporation have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Services Analyst in Los Angeles CA 90063. This is a 12-month W2 contract role with the potential to be extended. We are seeking a talented professional to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Job Description:
The Communications Service Analyst will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; flexibility; interpersonal skills; leadership; organizational awareness; problem solving; excellent oral and written communication skills; and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience interacting with end user organizations in coordinating the planning design and provisioning of voice and data telecommunications services equipment and systems to meet operational requirements.
- Experience with cloud-based voice VoIP PBX IVR and ACD.
- Familiarity with service requests lifecycle vendor coordination and on-site evaluations.
- Experience with MS Teams Cisco Webex Amazon Connect Zoom and Cisco UC or similar.
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- Candidate must have a valid California Class C Driver License with no restrictions.
