Job Description

What youll do:
- Property maintenance position supporting a mobile home and RV community in Goldendale WA.
- Landscaping: Mow lawn remove weeds and brush and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
- Groundskeeping: Pick up trash and debris and cleaning common areas.
- Plumbing: Open clogged drains fix leaks expose and identify sources or external water or sewer leaks and perform other plumbing jobs.
- Electrical: Change light bulbs replace fixtures change fuses and meters and complete similar electrical tasks.
- Carpentry: Perform simple carpentry tasks such as installing doors replacing locks and repairing steps rails and fencing.
- Touchup painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required.
- Complete other basic maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Post notices on residents doors
Who you are:
- Customer service focused
- Observant conscientious respectful
- Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
- Mechanically inclined
- Selfstarter
- Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
- Ability to manage a daily work log
- Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor
- 1 year of property maintenance experience
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies
- Ability to push pull lift 50 pounds.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
This opportunity offers:
- Pay rate: $1719/hour DOE
- 20 hours a week
