Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Middle East Africa IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of ERP systems particularly SAP S/4 HANA and a deep knowledge of service processes. This role will be instrumental in driving digitalization within the Service domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Conduct indepth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Requirement Gathering: Elicit document and validate functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that support Service operations.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and perform test cases to ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals training materials and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborator Management: Effectively communicate with collaborators at all levels encouraging positive relationships and addressing their concerns.
  • ERP Expertise: Demonstrate indepth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA including its core modules and functionalities related to Service.
  • Operations: Offer and assist with user training as needed encompassing root cause analysis incident management and process improvement

Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Service Management Customer Relationship Management IT or a related field..
  • 6 to 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst preferably in a Service domain.
  • Expertise in ERP systems particularly SAP S/4 HANA and C4S
  • Solid understanding of service processes including customer service field service and service contract management.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g. Visio).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
