As the
Engineer Manager you will be joining the Data Delivery team thats doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Triage new demand in your squad(s) and ensures enough technology guidance exists at high level to initiate work and lead design activities.
  • Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle.
  • Analyse user requirements to define business objectives.
  • Envisioning system features and functionality.
  • Lead and manage a team.
  • Prompt Design and Optimisation: developing creative and effective prompts that enable our AI models to generate highquality outputs. Research analyse and refine prompts to improve model performance diversity consistency and coherence.

What you will bring

  • Experience working with AI/ML/DS tooling.
  • Extensive programming experience in Python and data manipulation with use of appropriate Python packages.
  • Experience of using AWS/Azure services.
  • Handon experience with NLP techniques and technologies.
  • Proficient in working with largescale datasets and data preprocessing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of prompting and including different prompting strategies and when they should be used.
  • Sound knowledge of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts.
  • Indepth knowledge of code versioning tools for instance Git.
  • Understanding of git branching strategy.
  • Experience leading a team.
