About the role

  • Administrative Support: Coordinate vital administrative support for our billing team ensuring efficient daily operations and high service standards.

  • Billing & Claims: Assist with billing patient accounts to Medicare Health Funds and selfinsured patients including submitting inpatient and outpatient doctors claims and reviewing rejections.

  • Collaboration & FollowUp: Work closely with treating doctors Debt Recovery and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure timely processing of claims and payments.

  • Organizational Skills: Efficiently scan store and manage patient and health fund documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Key Skills & Support: Use your expertise in Microsoft Office along with excellent communication skills to assist the Revenue Accountant with reports cash management and any adhoc tasks.

  • Health Admin KnowHow (a bonus!: Experience in health administration or billing is a plusbut if youre keen to learn well support you all the way.
