About the role
Administrative Support: Coordinate vital administrative support for our billing team ensuring efficient daily operations and high service standards.
Billing & Claims: Assist with billing patient accounts to Medicare Health Funds and selfinsured patients including submitting inpatient and outpatient doctors claims and reviewing rejections.
Collaboration & FollowUp: Work closely with treating doctors Debt Recovery and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure timely processing of claims and payments.
Organizational Skills: Efficiently scan store and manage patient and health fund documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Skills & Support: Use your expertise in Microsoft Office along with excellent communication skills to assist the Revenue Accountant with reports cash management and any adhoc tasks.
