Job Description

Hogan Lovells is seeking a junior to midlevel business restructuring & special situations associate with a minimum of one year of experience for the New York or Los Angeles office. The position involves incourt (chapter 11 and 15 and out of court debt restructurings with a frequent focus on international / cross border situations both on the transactional and on the litigation side. Candidates must have strong research and writing skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bankruptcy court clerkship preferred.

The annualized salary range for this position is $235000 to $390000 depending on the candidates overall experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hoursbased bonus.
