Job Description
Planet Farms founded in 2018 in Milan is a leading vertical farming company. Its currently present in the main distribution chains with its line of salads and pesto.
The company is in strong development in Italy and abroad and today the Planet Farmers work at the production plant - the brand new Cirimido Plant (Como Italy) at the R&D Center on the outskirts of Milan as well as at offices in Italy (Milan) Portugal (Coimbra) the United Kingdom (London) and the Netherlands (Eindhoven).

Position Summary
The role reporting to Senior Marketing Manager has the key responsibilities of:
- Implement marketing plans and innovation to drive growth & profit across countries
- Drive and own sell-out analyses to recommend brand opportunities and improvements
Key Responsibilities
Analytical activities
- Monitor and analysis of Planet Farms products market competitors and consumers trends/behavior keeping organization informed with recommendation of opportunities for the brands
- Maintain records of sales and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where performance needs to be improved
Marketing Planning
- Work with marketing manager to ensure Brand marketing plan as well as product launches are prepared and perfectly executed across countries
- Support on the definition of the brand long term strategy
- Cooperate with external agencies and continuously evaluate them based on set KPIs
- Key contact for marketing agencies and related suppliers
Innovation
- Manage and support marketing manager in product innovation process according to agreed plan and within assigned budget
- Participate in and/or lead projects
Packaging
- Own and drive new packaging process: secure and execute phase in/out of products coordinating with external agencies and other internal functions
Budgeting
- Monitor and manage assigned Marketing Budget in line with company procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration Marketing or similar
- Knowledge and experience with overall Marketing mix
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Good knowledge of MS-Office as well as Nielsen/IRI
- Fluent in Italian and English
Soft Skills
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills with the ability to record and share insights clearly.
- Ability to work independently in field settings as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced data-driven work environment.
Tools & Technologies
- Advanced proficiency with Excell and Powerpoint
- Good knowledge of Circana/Nielsen system
