Are you a driven resultsoriented sales professional looking for your next big challenge Were offering a unique opportunity for a highcaliber Business Development Executive to play a key role in expanding Iron Mountains Digital and Records Management business across Sweden. If you thrive on hunting new business closing deals and driving growth this is the perfect role for you. In this position youll be on the front lines of our growth strategy working in alignment with global European and countryspecific goals. Your primary focus will be to bring in new customers and boost Iron Mountains presence in the Swedish market.

Your role in our mission

  • Drive New Business: Youll target and secure new clients while identifying additional opportunities with existing accounts in the Records Management and Digital Solutions sectors.

  • Seize Opportunities: Spot highpotential opportunities develop winning sales strategies and close major deals.

  • Expand Globally: Play a vital role in crossborder digital sales driving global collaboration and .

  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with operations presales partners and customer care teams to deliver on ambitious digital targets.

  • Lead Negotiations: Own the commercial process ensuring pricing strategies and negotiations are successful.

  • Execute for Growth: Develop and execute a Sales Plan designed to significantly grow market share.

  • Build Key Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients particularly at the Clevel to drive business opportunities

Valued skills and experience

  • A track record of success in hunting down new accounts and expanding customer portfolios.

  • Experience in selling complex solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Strong verbal and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage senior decisionmakers.

  • You excel in building relationships at the senior level and have an indepth understanding of the Swedish business landscape.

  • Experience in global collaboration and managing multinational deals.

  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
