As a SAP S4 HANA FICO Functional Architect Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops conduct the assessments for brownfield blue field SAP implementation mainly responsible to design build & support the SAPbased ERP solutions; lead analysis and design in the SAP FI/COCFINTR ICMR area in collaboration with the engagements/clients finance team; Manage teams Conduct structured testing with users automation of solutions; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and deliver quality consistently collaborate with multiple workstreams develop solutions which are cost effective while also meeting user requirements able to progress quickly in a very dynamic and complex environment and also willing to travel.

Required Experience:
- Extensive SAP S4HANA Finance Management expert with solution design experience preferable with accounts and finance background
- Strong experience in S4 HANA migration projects like brownfield and bluefield implementations.
- As solution architect design a strategy for migration projects.
- Knowledge of migration project activities.
- Experience of working into S4 HANA Capability for delivery of migration project.
- Lead a team of Finance specialists; facilitate the implementation and support teams. Knowledge of modules like FIGLFIARFIAP Asset Accounting COCCA COPCA COPC Margin Analysis and ICMR.
- Have worked on the integrated solution and modules of SAP.
- Mentor coach and manage multiple teams and projects.
- Proven experience in configuring testing and support SAP Finance solutions. Participate in design discussions providing expertise on the SAP S4HANA Finance platform
- Work with the business users to understand the requirements and propose alternative solutions
- Lead dynamic interactive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders throughout the enterprise Developing a collaborative and cohesive team and working with a culture of a One Team mindset
- Hands on experience in Finance & Controlling and accounts.
- Handson experience on the following features of SAP S4HANA Finance and ability to do development and customizations exposure in Integration with other modules like MM/SD/PS/PP/PM/IM.
- Knowledge in CFIN understanding the elimination of the ETL tools to have transactional level matching in real time.
- Understanding of AIF and field value mapping centralized transaction processing payments Intercompany reconciliation and group consolidation using S4HANA group reporting.
- The candidate must have an understanding and handson experience in S/4HANA Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR) tool as well as a solid accounting and finance background.
- Demonstrated experience in key functional aspects of Intercompany Reconciliations processes in SAP
- Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP S/4 Group Reporting is a plus Minimum one endend implementation experience in S/4 HANA projects implementation experience
- SAP Certification would be added advantage S/4 HANA or Lease Accounting (Trained)
- Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regarding SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) with Lease Accounting.
- Understand client requirements provide solutions functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
- Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
- Ability to configure the SAP S4 HANA solutions
- Accrual/Deferral Engine for lease accounting.
- Configure lease accounting integration with FI/CO Asset Accounting and Other
modules.
Deliver work products / packages confirming to the Clients Standards & Requirements.
- Good handson experience in configuring SAP Finance modules (General ledger Accounts payable and Accounts receivables)
- Integration of the FICO module with other SAP modules and with external applications.
- In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:
- Unit Testing Cycle Testing
- Integration Testing
- SAP Lease Data Migration.
- User Manual Preparation
- User Support activities
- Exposure to structured implementation methodologies like ASAP Agile etc.
- Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
- Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
- Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
- Must be a good team player
- Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas:
- SAP FI GL/AP/AR/AA
- SAP CO CC/PA/IO
Preferred Knowledge
Handson knowledge in SAP S4HANA Finance / Controlling / CFIN for S4 HANA migration projects. Knowledge of migration methods drive the Project and understand the different project methodologies especially the Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Preferred Skill
- Hands on experience in SAP S4HANA Finance Should be familiar with onsite offshore delivery model handson experience in understanding the system landscape environments
- Should be familiar with Implementations/ Support / Rollout / Training Delivery models.
- Should be familiar with roll matrix role testing and assist the technical team members.
- Should be familiar with both Waterfall and Agile models of software development approaches.

Professional and Educational Background
