Job Description

The Care Management Support Assistant contributes to administration of care management. Provides nonclinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

The Care Management Support Assistant Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations quality standards priorities and timing and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years of Microsoft Office technical experience with Word Outlook and Excel
  • Administrative support experience in a healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with care and wellbeing resources
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Microsoft Access proficiency

Interview Format : HIRE VUE

As part of our hiring process we will be using an exciting interviewing technology provided by Modern Hire a thirdparty technology provides our team of recruiters and hiring managers an enhanced method for decisionmaking.

If you are selected to move forward from your application prescreen you will receive correspondence inviting you to participate in a prerecorded Voice Interview and/or an SMS Text Messaging interview. If participating in a prerecorded interview you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 1015 minutes.

If participating in a SMS Text interview you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 510 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or prerecorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time 40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.
