Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone email or chat
- Document each customer interaction and the solution provided in the system
- Resolve cases within deadlines and meet performance goals
- Escalate urgent cases to your lead when needed
- Work both independently and in a team
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality standards
- Be available and active during scheduled hours
- Follow KPIs for response time resolution rate and more
- Take part in training and contribute to team improvements
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Dutch (C1) and solid English (B2 minimum)
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Confident using computers and handling multiple systems
- Friendly positive and motivated team player
- Willingness to work in shifts or part-time (as legally allowed)
- For written roles: Strong writing in Dutch and 50 WPM typing speed
