PM&R Physician Medical Director opportunity in Lake City FL One hour from Jacksonville
Excellent opportunity for a BC PM&R Physician in Central FL.

About the Facility:
New StateOfTheArt Facility The hospital features all private rooms rehabilitative gym with specialized equipment dining room with dedicated chef and food service staff and activity of daily living space to allow patient to receive therapy treatments in rooms that emulate home conditions.
Compensation:
Base Salary
$150000 Directorship Stipend
Up to $40000 Compliance Bonus
Percentage of Net Collections
Sign On Bonus & Relocation Stipend
