Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor: Load and Haul to join their operations in the Northern Cape!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate shift resources trucks and loading tools to meet daily pit schedules
- Lead and supervise operational teams and contractors onsite
- Manage budgets and control costs effectively
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with SHERQ standards and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Blasting Certificate for Opencast Mines
- Supervisory Certificate
- National Diploma in Mining Engineering
- 5 years operational surface mining experience control room / machine operator
- 1 year experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a Surface mining environment
- 1 year operational experience in Load and Haul
