Job Description
Job Title: Skilled Trades Supervisor (Electrical Plumbing Millwright HVAC)
Location: 12200 Lafayette Center Rd Roanoke IN 46783
Shift Schedule:

3rd Shift (AWS): Friday Monday 10:30 PM 9:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Skilled Trades Supervisor to lead a team of electricians plumbers millwrights and HVAC technicians at a large industrial facility in Roanoke IN. This role is essential to ensuring 24/7 facility operations run smoothly safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise supervisory experience and thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a multi-trade maintenance team on the AWS 3rd shift

Oversee troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance for facility systems and production equipment

Prioritize and delegate tasks across electrical mechanical plumbing and HVAC disciplines

Ensure all work complies with safety standards company policies and applicable codes
-
Assist technicians in diagnosing complex issues and executing timely repairs
-
Maintain accurate records of work performed using CMMS or equivalent systems
-
Communicate effectively with management and other shifts to ensure smooth handoffs

Support employee development through training coaching and performance reviews

Foster a safety-first team-oriented work culture
Requirements:
-
5 years of experience in industrial maintenance including at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Journeyman-level expertise in one or more skilled trades (Electrical HVAC Plumbing Millwright)

Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and applicable codes/regulations

Proficient in reading blueprints schematics and technical documentation

Experience with CMMS platforms and shift documentation

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding industrial environments

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable attendance and availability for the AWS 3rd shift schedule
