Job Title/HighLevel Position Summary:
- Be an indispensable partner with internal partners byutilizing a comprehensive knowledge of Company systems practiced procedures and demonstrating a proficient ability at requires skill set for the position performs a variety of complex physical and administrative tasks that are involved with the distribution of materials parts supplies and equipment and management of inventory accuracy related to all operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cycle count processes of inventory for full operation.
Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the picking shipping & receiving of materials and finished goods.
Manage inventory adjustment needs systematically.
Generate and maintain inventory reporting.
Support production and service lines with replenishment of raw material needs.
Support final kitting of Finished Goods marketing materials and other material handling needs to support customer orders.
Investigate inventory discrepancies clean up errors and coach peers through processes related to these discrepancies.
Handle routine questions and problems.
Log order information into systems supporting traceability needs.
Maintain records and generating reports for accounting and other areas.
May include up to 75 of time spent physically handling product to unpack and inspect/modify/clean goods and materials.
Follow and comply with company policies standards and practices.
Collaborate with various functions and levels throughout the organization.
Adapt and support the organization through times of change.
Other necessary duties determined and assigned by direct supervisor.
Currently Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g. H1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have fulltime work authorization in the United States both now and in the future without requiring sponsorship.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience
- Operate and use telephones computers and other technological devices/software programs to communicate with other people.
- Experience on forklifts and order picker equipment.
- Ability to Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/ or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Desired Characteristics:
- ERP experience is a plus specifically in Oracle.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Promote and maintain a safe healthy and ethnical work environment
- Fosters a positive work environment and encourages collaboration among team
- The ability to work with and assemble small objects and component parts
- Must have excellent visual acuity
