You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Portfolio Assurance Lead plays a pivotal role within the Integrated Delivery function at ING Australia reporting directly to the Technology Delivery Integration Lead. This position is responsible for developing maintaining and managing and integrated master roadmap for ING Australias technology transformation programs.
The roadmap includes integrated scheduling of all programs dependency mapping and risks and issues management to ensure the transformation programs are delivered on time
and within budget.
A key part of the role will be partnering closely with stakeholders across ING Australia and ING Group to create and maintain key transformation program artefacts. The role therefore requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
The ideal candidate is an expert in MS Project our program planning toolkit as well as Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Power BI and Tableau.
The role furthermore requires strong analytical skills in in order to analyze map and resolve complex dependencies across programs. The role also requires strong communication skills in order to convey solutions to complex master planning problems.
The role requires a selfstarter who is able to work independently and under pressure.
What youll do
Develop manage and maintain an integrated schedule for ING Australias
transformation programs collaborating close with multiple global and local
stakeholders and service providers
Work with programs stakeholders to create detailed schedules for their programs
within the framework of the master plan connecting the dots
Develop maintain and manage a repository of program dependencies risks and
issues for ING Australias transformation programs to increase certainty
Plan and lead workshops to conduct analytical deep dives into existing programs to
identify dependency conflicts and propose solutions to resolve them
Support the Integrated Delivery Lead in creation and preparation of highimpact
materials presentations and communications to key governance forums
Influence stakeholders and gain buyin to creating and maintaining the integrated
plans for their area
What were looking for
Minimum 7 years experience as a master scheduler and/or program delivery analyst in a
complex technology transformation program environment ideally from a consulting or banking
environment.
Experience creating managing and tracking program plans for Enterprise level organizations
Ability to track drive and manage complexity into dependency across programs
Superior stakeholder management skills focusing on building relationships setting up expectations and own the engagement for optimal .
Expert level with MS suite (MS Project Excel PowerPoint etc) and analytical dashboards tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
