We are looking for a Team Lead to lead our dedicated recruitment team in Pakistan supporting Spertons global recruitment operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team working across multiple industries and continents while shaping and enhancing the recruitment processes for our international clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading recruitment teams collaborating with international clients and optimizing recruitment strategies. While we prefer candidates based in Karachi we are open to remote candidates based in Pakistan.
As the Team Lead you will be at the helm of driving recruitment success implementing KPIs that increase team effectiveness and improve position closure rates.

The Shared Services Team in Pakistan plays a crucial role in supporting Spertons global recruitment operations. We are known for our collaborative culture transparent processes and continuous innovation in talent acquisition.
Lead and manage all recruitment team activities optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact
Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers to allocate recruitment tasks effectively across the team
Actively participate in new position briefings with Sperton clients to ensure clarity and alignment on roles
Implement and ensure adherence to global recruitment processes within the team
Develop monitor and implement KPIs to improve recruitment efficiency and position closure rates
Design and deliver training programs in collaboration with technical experts to enhance team skills and competence
Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance progress and challenges to management
Provide insights and suggestions for improving crossborder recruitment processes
Contribute ideas to management team regarding remuneration strategies and performance incentives to boost team motivation and results.
A Bachelors degree (preferably in sciences or related fields)
710 years of international recruitment experience
24 years of experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams
Extensive experience working with clients from American European Asian or MENA regions
Strong leadership and management skills with a clear vision for team development
Proven coaching and training abilities with documented success in improving team performance
Lead a dynamic global team thats passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition
Work in a fastpaced innovative environment with exposure to international recruitment operations
