The Global Realty PMO is responsible for establishing and maintaining standardized processes data governance and supporting tools for managing the global realty portfolio.
Key job responsibilities Process Improvement Own and drive process mapping assessment development and continuous improvement initiatives Design and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency Lead development of process documentation including SOPs RACIs and workback schedules Support program documentation with data analysis and process framework development
Data Management & Visualization Serve as data steward defining and managing rules for data quality Owns the requirement for dashboards and insightful reporting solutions
Systems & Tools Map and document process changes related to new tool launches or modifications Develop and deliver training on process changes due to system updates

Bachelors Degree in Real Estate Business Administration Finance Engineering Architecture Planning Industrial Engineering or similar Experience developing and implementing process improvements Strong data analysis and visualization skills High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in PMO or similar Program Management role
Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau Quicksight) Data mining experience (SQL Python or R) Real Estate Transactions Asset Management or Lease Administration experience Project Management certification (PMI PRINCE2 or similar) Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field
