At Champion Petfoodsweve been crafting trusted awardwinning ORIJEN and ACANA pet foods for over 35 years loved by pet owners in more than 90 countries!
Were on the hunt for a passionate vibrant and driven Field Sales Representativeto expand our numeric distribution and make sure our premium pet foods are every pet owners first choice. You will need to challenge yourself to find new distribution opportunities find additional space within existing customers and own the outcome of physical availability in your designated territory.
You will be a proven selfstarter who can work independently and be part of a larger team.
Relevant experience degree in Commerce Sales or similar (desired however not a showstopper)
Desire to start in the field and aspirations to grow your career longerterm in potential office based or leadership roles
Previous experience working with KPIs and exceeding targets
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build strong and influential relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proven track record of creative problemsolving & delivering results
Driven selfreliant and resilient able to respond and adapt to a fast moving swiftly changing environment
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from a mix of data sources (Power BI Excel etc.
Identify additional opportunities for increased distribution of Champion Petfood brands by assessing market data trends and your customers preferences to ensure our products are the customers first choice.
Track and manage territory revenue targets and financial performance using available data
Build numeric distribution within the territory ensuring visibility space and presence in both Independent and Key Account stores
Maintain a programmed cycle of service calls to promote the companys products campaigns and launch NPD
Conducting presentations for the customers key staff demonstrating new products and the correct use of current products and their support tools
