Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Intake of customer orders via email or phone
- Daily inventorying of all plants in territory
- Daily communication and coordination with Sales staff
- Coordination of all deliveries to customer sites
- Daily communication with trucking companies in territory
- Develop and build relationships with existing and new trucking companies
- Request and record freight rates for customer deliveries
- Load setup and coordination in logistics systems (Salesforce Transwide SAP)
- Movements of materials to secondary processors
- Coordination and movement of materials into and out of Mintek storage facilities
- Sample management and data entry
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Team player good intrapersonal skills
- Ability to multitask with several simultaneous accounts/orders
- Selfmotivated proactive and task oriented
- Previous experience in a fast paced multitasking environment is preferred
- Previous experience with logistics trucking order fulfillment or other similar industries are preferred
- Previous experience in Salesforce is preferred
- Bachelors Degree preferred
