What you will do

Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites. Service troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints diagrams submittals specifications software/systems programs schematics and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call customer activity and program system products.

How you will do it

• Performs inspections of Fire Extinguishers Kitchen Hoods Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.
• Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participation in an oncall rotation for Emergency Service.
• Perform inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Outstanding customerfacing service and problemsolving skills
• PC Skills including Microsoft Windows Excel Word and Outlook

Preferred

• Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL Kiddie PyroChem
• Valid drivers license
