Job Description

NOTICE OF EXTRACURRICULAR VACANCY

General Responsibilites

  • MTSS Implementation: Lead the planning development and implementation of the districts MTSS framework including the establishment of tiered interventions and supports to address the diverse needs of students.
  • Data Analysis: Collect analyze and interpret data related to student performance behavior and attendance to inform decisionmaking and identify areas for intervention and improvement within the MTSS framework.
  • Collaborative ProblemSolving: Collaborate with school administrators teachers support staff and families to develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students in need of additional support ensuring alignment with MTSS principles and best practices.
  • Professional Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for school staff on MTSS practices evidencebased interventions progress monitoring and datadriven decisionmaking to build capacity and ensure fidelity of implementation.
  • Progress Monitoring: Develop and implement systems for ongoing progress monitoring and evaluation of intervention effectiveness adjusting supports and strategies as needed to maximize student outcomes.
  • Family Engagement: Foster positive and collaborative relationships with families and caregivers providing resources support and communication about MTSS initiatives interventions and student progress.
  • Community Collaboration: Establish and maintain partnerships with community agencies organizations and stakeholders to enhance support services for students and families within the MTSS framework.
