Responsibilities and Impact:
As the Global Director of IT Onsite Support Services you will:

  • Lead and manage onsite IT support teams across multiple locations globally ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance IT support services and operations.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to align regional support with overall company objectives.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues to maintain business continuity.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for onsite support functions.
  • Manage relationships with outsourcing partners to ensure highquality service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Meet with key stakeholders regularly to gather and address feedback ensuring alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Foster excellent customer service skills within the team to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Implement and promote SAFe Agile practices to improve workflow and project management within the IT support teams.

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in IT management and onsite support operations.
  • Proven track record of leadership in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding and experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
