- Working for GEA Lyo unit & GEA India unit
- Spares orders handling
- Supply chain followup
- PO status update to customer
- Monthly dispatch plan prepares & execute.
- Ready material dispatch initiation
- Post dispatch payment followup
- Payment ageing followup and reminders
- MIS for payment ageing
- Payment reconciliation with finance
Profile And Qualifications
The person should support the Spares Order Handling of Lyophil.
- Checking the Ticket system for new request
- Creating quotes if the customers has supplied the article details.
- If the details are not clear:
Going back to the customer and asking for more information
Providing information to the technical team of Lyophil
According to the feedback of the technical team creating a quote and send to customer.
- Asking customer if they quote is still needed or what the status is
- When the customer will send a PO
- Preparing the internal order
- Checking if order is in progress
- Sending feedback to the customer about the status and expected delivery date.
- Triggering Warehouse Shipping in case of process has stopped.
- Sending the invoice after the customer got the Material.
- Skill set requirements (level of SAP commercial knowhow technical knowhow).
- SAP would be great and commercial knowhow English
- Engineering Graduate with commercial & technical knowhow for aftersales spares order handling
