The Customer Service Operations AssociateFiling Manager is a member of the Account Services Department within CTs Business Licensing Team. CSOA is primarily responsible for preparing and submitting applications necessary to obtain amend renew or close licenses and registrations for our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and file standard advanced and specialized applications and renewals across a variety of clients and industries
Submit 50100 applications per week (varies based on complexity of filings)
Work closely with Customer Success AssociateAccount Managers to ensure timely fulfillment of all pending filing orders and to resolve any barriers to licensure
Ensure that any changes to the filing process are documented within our internal database by relaying any such changes to BLs onboarding and/or research teams
Operate efficiently within an internal collaborative team environment
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills Abilities or Certifications:
Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with government agencies and colleagues
Use of considerable tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive data
Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment
Outstanding skills using personal computers in a Windowsbased environment (including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF)
Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency
Top of the line organization skills in all facets of project workflow
Superb time management skills
Ability to maintain a customer centric focus and work ethic at all times
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
12 years of data entry and/or licensing experience is preferred
