Job Description
This is a Fulltime on site position based out of our Fort Lauderdale Headquarters.The work hours are Monday Friday 8:30a 5:30p Eastern time. Our benefit offerings include Medical Dental & Vision Insurance 401k with company match and PTO.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of RFP/RFI responsesfrom opportunity assessment and kickoff to final submission and debrief.
- Analyze requirements develop response strategies and build win themes that align with customer priorities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to gather input and shape responses.
- Write edit and format proposal content to ensure clarity consistency compliance and polish.
- Maintain and continuously improve a reusable content library including standard answers case studies bios and certifications.
- Track deadlines manage schedules and enforce accountability to ensure timely highquality submissions.
- Standardize processes and tools to scale proposal development across the organization.
- Conduct postmortems to identify strengths weaknesses and areas for future improvement.
- Support the creation of unsolicited proposals capability statements and sales enablement materials as needed.
- 5 years of direct experience managing RFPs and RFIs ideally in tech IT services or government contracting.
- Strong understanding of proposal best practices APMP methodology a plus.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to synthesize technical and business content into crisp persuasive prose.
- Mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat SharePoint and RFP automation tools (e.g. Loopio RFPIO or similar).
- Highly organized with an ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
