TWe are looking for Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant experienced in the fullcycle of Oracle Cloud implementation with a veryThis Senior Managerlevel position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry service line technology center specialty area or region. Main responsibilities include people management project oversight and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability. Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plans. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders customers and vendors. Product technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills to travel as needed.
Responsibilities Minimum 13 years of total experience relevant to this position including 5 years of project management experience.
Should have multiple HCM full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end cloud implementations or 5 years of Oracle cloud experience
Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution design implementation datamigration system testing user acceptance testing and golive.
Functional expertise in various HCM modules
Good understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects.
Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management including financials and metrics.
Navigate the complexities of crossborder and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trust.
Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
Strong people and team management experience
