Sr Business Systems Analyst CPQ

What is The Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) CPQ to act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to help build solutions needed to scale and support our business. In this role you will be responsible for the design development and maintenance of the business architecture and processes that support our product and pricing teams through product launches and help our field teams as they quote and sell. Using your knowledge of the Salesforce CPQplatform you will work with business partners endusers and their management teams toimprove processes and workflows and draft requirements that help us scale and showcasesimple perfection to our users.

You bring a strategic lens to agile development and craft thoughtful technology roadmaps thatbalance today needs versus future scale. Youre not afraid to learn new systems or understandhow tool integrations can be used to further support the QuotetoCash lifecycle. You aretechnically savvy proactively communicate and anticipate your partners; needs have a passionfor technology and automation value attention to detail and arent afraid to dive into scenarioswith little background knowledge. You make strong recommendations that drive improvements.

What You Will Be Doing:

• You are technically proficient in Salesforce CPQ features and functionality
• Craft functional requirements for projects and assist with feature design requirements gathering documentation and enduser testing for projects and feature requests; you translate sophisticated technical processes into the language of your business users
• Bring a designcentered approach to your partnerships with sales operations pricing deal desk and finance to optimize our CPQ implementation plan for maintenance and define enhancements.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of all business system processes and users to understand the functional impacts of configuration process workflow and reporting
• Explain sophisticated systems and technical topics in a clear concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral written and visual presentations
• Experience in creating/updating system documentation including configuration changes data mapping requirements functional designs test cases and enablement plans as
  needed for the engagement
• Validate software quality and conformance to specifications and business requirements through unitfunctional testing and assist in identifying and solving the root cause of defects in the system
• Prepare presentations and documentation of existing and future technical processes
• Find opportunities and communicate proactively with partners on projects and feature requests and you make recommendations that support company themes and team goals
• Participate and assist in key IT projects and adhoc projects; you update BSAs on related work that affects other areas of the business; you collaborate on crossteam initiatives

What You Will Bring:

• 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and Design with Salesforce solution
• 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick).
• Experience designing and supporting largescale technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystem
• Handson experience with CPQ functionality including Approval Rules Product setup Product Options Product configuration & rules Pricing Discounting and Quote templates.
• Experience in developing business processes and requirements for integrating CPQ with boundary systems (e.g. NetSuite)
• Deep understanding of the overall Salesforce ecosystem
• You have a deep understanding of software testing with knowledge of building test plans and executing them in the functional and user acceptance test cycles.

Bonus Points:

• Deep understanding of CPQ and QuotetoCash processes.
• Understanding of Opportunity Management & Order Management processes.
• Familiarity with the cloud infrastructure space (AWS GCP Azure etc) and/or experience configuring products that have multiple levers and drivers of their final price.
• Strong problemsolving critical thinking and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic data tables and rule relationships
• You have the desire to learn and apply new technologies
• You have good interpersonal skills and are a collaborator within your own team and beyond
• Attention to detail and work ethic for dealing with a variety of data structure and data integrity issues
• Deep experience and expertise in translating business requirements and processes into lowfriction automation and highimpact systems
• Passion for exceptional documentation including diagrams standards and project papers
