The Demand Marketing Manager operates within the Employee Share Plans marketing team supporting global demand generation with a focus on the EMEA and NA regions. The role involves close collaboration with portfolio teams marketing delivery teams and client facing teams to develop and execute integrated multichannel campaigns.
The role operates at a global level driving demand through channels like events email webinars and digital marketing. Time constraints are critical requiring strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities while ensuring compliance with regional regulations and legal requirements.

As a Demand Marketing Manager you will drive demand and awareness for our solutions through the planning development and of integrated multichannel campaigns. Focused on personadriven strategies you will use channels like events email campaigns webinars and digital marketing to engage prospects and nurture client relationships.
Collaborating closely with the marketing delivery team and portfolio marketing youll help define campaign strategies craft compelling messaging and execute campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your content marketing expertise and strong copywriting skills will be key in delivering impactful messages.
You will manage competing priorities and timelines overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from content creation to optimisation and reporting ensuring campaigns are executed with precision and drive measurable results.

What will you bring to the role
Strong understanding of marketing channels such as email social events webinar content marketing marketing automation. Expertise in personadriven marketing strategies and campaigns. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. Eloqua) CRM systems and analytics platforms. Experience with campaign from ideation to optimisation and reporting with a focus on datadriven results. Disciplined and processoriented with an eye for detail. Strong project management experience.
