Job Description
Our Cafe is located instore at the new Coco Republic showroom in Balgowlah and we are looking for a Kitchen Hand/Food Prep to join a closeknit team. The Caf combines Coco Republics signature American design aesthetic with an Italian heritage. We are open 7 days a week 7am3pm and offers an Italian influenced breakfast and lunch menu as well as also holding occasional functions.

About the Role
- Work alongside the chef assisting with food preparation
- Ensure that the kitchen storage areas fridge and freezers are a high level of cleanliness
- Cleaning of all kitchen equipment utensils and kitchen surrounds
- Casual position
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- Previous experience in food preparation and cleaning is essential
- Selfdriven and autonomous whilst being open to direction
- Personable well presented enthusiastic and reliable
- Hard working physically fit and reliable able to lift 1015kgs comfortably
- Have excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Available to start as soon as possible
Rates: MF : $31.23/hr Sat:$37.47/hr Sun:$43.72
