Location: This role could be based out of any of our PwC offices in Australia
Our Actuarial team provides a range of consulting services and strategic advice to a variety of clients operating in the superannuation and wealth management industry. We focus on using the latest technology to help clients with a wide variety of tasks including defined benefit valuations regulation implementation product and strategy mergers and much more. Were looking for an Actuarial Manager to join our team.
Use the knowhow youve gained working in superannuation to support our clients with actuarial valuations and strategic advice. With new problems to solve youll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. Youll learn plenty as you advise on key engagements in a workplace thats humanled and techenabled.
As a Manager in our Actuarial team youll solve problems by advising clients on a range of issues relating to superannuation insurance and retirement incomes. In this role youll also:
Demonstrate strong quantitative analysis and financial modelling skills with a focus on superannuation and retirement incomes actuarial valuations cash flow projections and financial reporting
Develop relationships with a range of marketleading clients in the superannuation industry
Deliver outstanding client service by identifying and solving problems providing advice and addressing queries and concerns
Lead and develop an energetic diverse and highperforming team
Develop your own project management leadership networking and technical skills supported by a dedicated Coach and Partner.
Work collaboratively with other parts of PwC to resolve client issues identify opportunities and deliver solutions with a focus on superannuation.
About you
Ideally you will have a background in consulting for superannuation funds with a preference for defined benefit superannuation or group life insurance. You are skilled in managing teams and hold a passion for providing advice to clients on a range of issues leveraging your effective communication skills.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 81600.00 including superannuation. Manager/Senior Manager/Director positions will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
A candidates final salary will be determined based on the skills and experience that the candidate brings
